The Publication Scheme of the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman (OLSO), has been developed in accordance with Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI Act 2000). The Information Commissioner has approved this Scheme for the period from 29 February 2004 to 29 February 2008.
